Paramedicine BSc (Hons)

Developed by a pharmacy team, this degree provides an understanding of the chemistry and engineering components of pharmaceutical product design and manufacture.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Entry criteria

This is a final year top-up degree only available to international students who have completed relevant studies at Level 5 with a minimum of 60% or equivalent 

We welcome applications from mature students with non-standard qualifications and recognize all other equivalent and international qualifications. 

Interview required: No

Personal Statement selection criteria

  • Clear communication skills, including good grammar and spelling
  • Information relevant to the course applied for
  • Interest in the course demonstrated with explanation and evidence
  • If relevant for the course - work and life experience

India

  • Minimum of 65% average in your four best subjects (excluding Hindi) in Standard 12. We may also check your standard 10 results in English and Maths.
  • For Engineering courses, you will need a minimum of 60% in Maths. 

2nd year - 3rd-year Undergraduate:

  • Entry to year 2 or 3 may be possible. You will need to supply detailed information including courses taken, grades achieved, syllabus, and a grading guide.

Sri Lanka

  • 55-65% in three A-levels, depending on the course you choose.
