Bachelor of Legal Transformation

The Bachelor of Legal Transformation provides students with an immersive intellectual and practical experience in the knowledge, skills, and dispositions essential for the delivery of legal services in the face of rapid and persistent technological change. The program includes both a foundation of substantive legal knowledge and traditional legal skills to ensure the development of essential legal literacy, and an emphasis on the development of key enterprise skills relevant to the contemporary workplace.

The focus of the program is upon the operation and development of digital technologies as tools in the delivery of legal services and the resolution of legal problems in creative and ethical ways. The program offers an engaging learning experience in which students explore contemporary legal problems and design innovative solutions. Graduates will be eligible for a variety of roles in the legal services sector including legal technicians, legal project managers, legal operations managers and paralegals, and in legal startups and legal technology design. This program does not meet admission requirements to become a legal practitioner.

Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.

Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants

Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:

Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
PhD students can stay upto 4 years

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

FOR INDIA
All Indian Secondary School Certificate (AISSC) or Indian School Certificate (ISC) - minimum 65% average in the best four subjects.

Minimum 70% average in the best four subjects for the following State Board Secondary Education exit awards:

Intermediate Certificate from the Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education
Pre University Certificate from the Karnataka Board of Pre-University Education
Higher Secondary certificate form the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education
