Bachelor of Oral Health
The Bachelor of Oral Health will prepare you for a rewarding career as an oral health therapist. You will gain the required knowledge, clinical skills and experience to deliver therapeutic dental hygiene and restorative treatment services for patients of all ages, and oral health education and promotion to patients and communities throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Secondary or tertiary qualification
A secondary education qualification such as the NSW Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents), OR approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses.
Additional requirements
- Successful applicants must provide evidence that they hold a current approved First Aid Certificate during the Bachelor of Oral Health orientation week.
- Before you attend a placement in a NSW Ministry of Health facility, you will need to meet certain requirements to be verified by the NSW Ministry of Health to ensure your safety and that of other students, staff and patients.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
