Police Foundations Diploma
Do you have a desire to make a difference in your community and an interest in serving and protecting the public by upholding the law?
As a Police Foundations graduate you will play an active role in the law enforcement system, ensuring public safety by maintaining law and order: protecting members of the public and their property; and preventing, detecting, and investigating the crime.

Campus Information
Welland
The campus is home to the NC Teaching Hair Salon, the Walker Advanced Manufacturing and Innovation Centre, NC Research and Innovation, a new Green Automotive Technology lab and the Rankin Technology Centre. The Applied Health Institute, which specializes in allied health programs, operates a functioning Dental Clinic offering services to the community while teaching students. Also inside the main building you will find the Athletic Centre, home of Athletics and Recreation and the NC Knights intercollegiate sports program.

Job Opportunity Potential
All candidates selected for an interview must present evidence of education credentials to support the requirements of the position they are applying to. Niagara College requires original certificates, diplomas, degrees or transcripts to be presented at the time of interview.
Educational credentials within Canada must be granted from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Candidates with non-Canadian credentials must provide a World Education Services (WES) evaluation confirming the Canadian equivalency of the credentials. Non-Canadian credentials must be at an accredited, recognized post-secondary institution and must be deemed to be equivalent to a certificate, diploma or degree at a recognized post-secondary institution in Ontario.
Candidates who have non-Canadian credentials who have not yet been assessed as indicated above are expected to make application to WES. Offers of employment require a completed evaluation from WES.
