Construction of Buildings

In the field of Construction of Buildings, technical and technological disciplines, which confirm the orientation of VŠTE to technical programs and disciplines that are not provided in the corresponding content structure at the other South Bohemian faculties, resp. at other universities.

The structure of the subjects of the follow-up Master's degree program of the study program Construction, Construction Design is deliberately chosen so as to ensure the universality of the follow-up substance in this follow-up degree of study and thus ensure the permeability of study for those interested in studying from other schools in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Likewise, this composition and arrangement of objects allows for a mutual transfer between schools of the same focus for students who for some reason change their place of study and also ensure continuity between the various fields of study of building orientation and related technical faculties.

For the development of the follow-up master's degree in the field of Civil Engineering, the Construction Constructions branch also speaks about the situation in construction companies in the South Bohemia region, which are interested in university-educated workers with a completed Master's degree in higher education. Development is also in favor of the potential of development of construction activities in South Bohemia in the field of building construction and constructions related to the development of transport infrastructure together with growing tourism.
