Bachelor of Arts - Interdisciplinary Studies (Major)
Are you unsure about your future career plans? If so, Interdisciplinary Studies maybe you're ideal major. This liberal arts program allows you to explore the full range of academic disciplines instead of being singularly focused in one area.
Interdisciplinary Studies is a true liberal arts degree in that it celebrates breadth and exposure to a wide variety of study areas. When you pursue this option you may complete the equivalent of several disciplinary minors. You will also complete an independent study course during the final year of your degree.
Equipped with knowledge gained while earning this widely focused degree, you will be prepared to pursue advanced education or enter the workforce in business or other fields requiring a liberal arts education.

Job Opportunity Potential

We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for up to the same length as your study program.
For example, if you completed a 9-month program, we may give you a work permit for up to 9 months.
> If your program was 2 years or more
We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for 3 years.
> If you completed more than 1 program
You may be able to get a PGWP that combines the length of each program.
Each of the programs you completed -
must be PGWP-eligible and at least 8 months in length
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
- Secondary school applicants need to have achieved in their final year of schooling an average of 70% (5 best scoring academic subjects).
- Applicants who are looking to transfer from another post-secondary institution are required to have an overall GPA of 2.0 (on a 4.3 scale).
