Diploma in Administrative Technology
This program starts with basic computer skills and prepares students for multiple office situations and environments. The wide range of skills students develop in this program prepares them to be a valuable asset to any employer.
Graduates of Cypress College's Administrative Technology course gain a strong advantage in a competitive job market by learning modern computer skills and the ability to demonstrate optimal office productivity to meet the current expectations of industry employers.
Our classes are hands-on, instructor led and include extensive practical job instruction. In addition to increased computer productivity, graduates are exposed to project management and basic financial concepts. Utilizing structured labs, students realize the potential of working efficiently to maximize office productivity in order to get jobs done faster than other candidates in a competitive labour market.
Students develop an updated resume (as modernized office productivity skills blend well with previous experience to improve a candidate’s job profile), refine job interview techniques and are guided through the modern work search and online application process.
We assist our students in transitioning from graduation through to employment. Cypress College succeeds when our students succeed.
