University Foundation - Media & Journalism
In journalism, you will develop professional writing skills with an awareness of the target audience and the legal and ethical framework for publishing. The academic study of journalism involves the development of key journalistic skills including the ability to write a news story, conduct an interview and put together a feature article. Students also conduct an analysis of the differences between types of newspaper and the news values they display, examine major ethical and legal issues pertaining to the practice of journalism in the UK.

HIC provide subject specialist skill progression classes during integrated first year degree

PSW Opportunity
- 2 Years PSW is applicable after completing a minimum duration of 9 months course (like- Undergraduate, Postgraduate Level)
- 3 Years PSW is applicable after completing PhD level courses.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
- minimum IELTS 5.5 (IELTS bands minimum 5.5) or the equivalent grades in other UKVI SELT Examinations
- Completion of all India or State SSC (X) with 50% average (1 semester)
- Completion of all India or State SSC (X) with 40% average (2 semesters)
- Completion of HSEC 12 with grade average of 50% (1 semester)
- Completion of HSEC 12 with grade average of 40% (2 semesters)
