Religion, Theology and Culture BA (single honours)

Our BA Religion, Theology, and Culture degree will enable you to develop the skills you need to understand the impact of religion and theology in both contemporary culture and the ancient and classical worlds. 

The course tackles a wide variety of issues such as politics, social justice and human rights, racism, violence, love, death, and feminism in the context of religion and theology. You will learn to think about the historical origins of global religions: Judaism, Christianity, Islam, and Indian Religions. You will also explore ethical, cultural, and religious perspectives on human life and what it is to be human. 

The degree includes the opportunity to undertake a professional placement, to help you build skills relevant to the workplace and your future career.
