Diploma of Business and Commerce

The Diploma of Business & Commerce is the same curriculum as Year 1 of the Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Commerce and Diploma graduates progress directly to Year 2 of their chosen degree. Students can also choose to progress to Year 2 of the combined Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Commerce degree or combined Business or Commerce with Innovation & Entrepreneurship. The University of Newcastle is ranked within the top 150 universities in the world for Business Administration and Management by the Shanghai Ranking Global Ranking of Academic Subjects 2020. Students have the choice of two campuses once the complete the Diploma – the Newcastle City Centre or the Central Coast (approximately 1 hour north of Sydney).
