Are you a creative, detailed person who loves to bake? This hands-on, one-year baking course is perfect for you. You learn how to create beautiful and delicious breads, pies, cakes and biscuits - skills that will set you up for your first job in the bakery industry.

We team you up with other hospitality students to plan, prepare and bake for real-life campus events, so you learn about customer service as well.

You also get plenty of opportunities to use the equipment in our professional kitchens. Our expert tutors teach you about food safety, quality management, kitchen operations, and the production of baking for commercial sale.
