Bachelor's Degree in Radiation Therapy Technology
The radiation therapy technology program is designed to help you prepare for a career as a radiation therapist. Course topics include: radiation detection and protection, radiation physics; radiation biology; treatment planning; and patient care & nursing. The bachelor’s degree includes a concentration in healthcare administration designed to develop ethical and management skills specific to the field, and help you climb the career ladder. Course topics include: healthcare organization & management; ethics in healthcare; financial management in healthcare; legal aspects in healthcare; and U.S. healthcare systems. You will complete 16 credits of clinical internship courses with one of our 15 cutting-edge affiliate medical centers in the New York City metropolitan area.
