Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
1) Fully accomplished application form 2) Two recent 2x2 & 1x1 ID Picture. 3) Scholastic Records/Transcript of Records & Birth Certificate duly authenticated by Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP) 4) 4. Photocopy of passport bio-page, PHS, ACR-I Card and Student Visa (if available) 5) Must have no grade below C+ in all subjects 6) Police Clearance from country of origin. 7) Certificate of Good Moral Character from previous school 8) Photocopy of Bureau of Quarantine Medical Certificate 9) English proficiency test if native language or medium of instruction is not English. 10) Official Receipt of $16/P800 Exam Fee from university cashier’s office
