This two-year course with advanced practice develops broad business skills while also offering a specialist pathway in human resource management (HRM).

Specialist modules cover principles, values and approaches in HRM, as well as organisational behaviour and practice.

During part of the second year you’ll undertake an internship or work in group consultancy project. This advanced practice will enhance your skills and employability.

There is no requirement to have studied business or HRM at undergraduate level.
