Human Resource Management BA (Hons)

Looking to join a graduate training scheme or pursue a graduate career in human resources? This four year course provides an excellent grounding in all areas of the business as well as specialist Human Resources modules, which represent around 50% of the degree. This course is also professionally accredited and on completion you will be eligible for Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

The course lasts four years because, between your second and final years, you’ll spend a compulsory year on a work placement or studying in another country.

This course is designed to prepare you for a career in HRM whilst also offering you the opportunity to apply for professional accreditation from the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD). On completion of the programme you will have achieved the equivalent of the CIPD Intermediate Certificate in HRM, which means you will be eligible to apply for Associate membership status.
