Make a difference in young people's lives and understand the challenges they face with this BA (Hons) Youth Studies and Youth Justice degree.
Whether you want to influence public policy or create change at a more grassroots level, this course will help you navigate the multitude of factors that affect how youth behave today.
You will be introduced to modules that incorporate youth studies, criminology, criminal law, youth justice, sociology, psychology, and cultural studies, as these disciplines are best placed to provide the necessary insights and framework for understanding all aspects of youth work.
You will learn about educational concerns, offending behavior including gangs and gang-affiliated young people, social exclusion and grooming, as well as aspects of social welfare, housing, and other relevant local authority issues.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Applicants with the following qualifcations will be considered for entry on an undergraduate degree:
- International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma (From a minimum 25 points depending on course)
- British/ International A Levels (From a minimum 112 UCAS tariff points depending on course)
- Indian Standard 12/HSC (minimum average of 55% depending on exam board)
- Second and final year entry on a bachelor's degree may be available for those with a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the UK with a merit profile
