BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Substance Use and Misuse Studies

This particular course of study is based on one of the longest established psychology courses in the UK, which has been accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS) since 1986. Furthermore, this substance abuse degree is the only BSc Psychology course in the UK accredited by both the BPS and the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Practitioners (FDAP).

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Applicants with the following qualifcations will be considered for entry on an undergraduate degree:

  • International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma (From a minimum 25 points depending on course)
  • British/ International A Levels (From a minimum 112 UCAS tariff points depending on course)
  • Indian Standard 12/HSC (minimum average of 55% depending on exam board)
  • Second and final year entry on a bachelor's degree may be available for those with a Higher National Diploma (HND) from the UK with a merit profile
  • A recognised foundation course
