The community theatre practitioner works collaboratively with particular groups and creates participatory work that responds to their circumstances and environment. ?

On the BA (Hons) Community Theatre degree you will become familiar with the application of theatre in a range of social settings. You will work with theatre companies and practitioners who are active in the sector and have the opportunity to apply the skills you develop with a range of groups. You will learn the theories underpinning applied theatre and explore, through practice, the nature of performance and participation in specific communities.
