• Allows you to explore your mathematical interests to a greater depth and to obtain a higher level qualification than the standard three-year BSc degree
• Explore applications of mathematical, statistical and data science techniques for addressing important environmental challenges - from understanding the molecular biology of diseases to geophysical phenomena in climate change
• Combines traditional mathematics subjects with advanced courses in statistics, programming, and data science, preparing you for the array of numerate and analytical professions
• Option to study advanced topics in Environmental Science including: Remote Sensing for Environmental Management, Atmosphere and Ocean Systems and Issues in Climate Change
• In your fourth year you’ll spend two weeks in Kenya witnessing the awesome wildlife of Africa while also learning how to design, carry out and interpret your very own field study in the wild
