MSc in Cancer and Clinical Oncology
The MSc Cancer & Clinical Oncology will provide students with a clear understanding of the scientific basis underlying the principles and clinical practice of oncology and the development, evaluation, and implementation of new treatments. This will be underpinned by a thorough knowledge of cancer biology and pathology, drug development and research methodologies. This knowledge will provide you with a good grounding in the clinical practice of oncology which will enhance prospects for those pursuing a clinical academic career.

Charterhouse Square
We have a campus at Charterhouse Square for postgraduate taught and postgraduate research medical students. Close to the Barbican in the City of London, this is home to the Barts Cancer Institute, the William Harvey Research Institute and the Wolfson Institute of Preventive Medicine. It’s also near to the Barbican Arts Centre, the Museum of London and other famous London landmarks

Degree requirements
- This course is aimed at clinicians, but will be open to any applicant who meets the entry requirements. For admission to the programme applicants will need either a good medical degree or degree equivalent from a recognised academic institution.
India
We normally consider the following qualifications for entry to our postgraduate taught programmes: Bachelor Degree (minimum 3 years) from selected institutions.
- UK 1st class degree: 70% to 80%
- UK 2:1 degree: 60% to 70%
- UK 2:2 degree: 50% to 60%
