BA (Hons) Business Management (Year 3 entry)
There is a growing need for graduates who have a strong foundation across the disciplines of both business and management, coupled with practical experience. Accredited by both EPAS and CMI, the Business Management degree from GCU provides you with an advanced understanding of business within both local and international contexts.
This direct entry degree is ideally suited for those with an existing understanding of business and management operations such as financial management, international economics, marketing, human resource management or law.
In two years, your business skills will develop to include in-depth knowledge of strategy, leadership, managing people and operations, entrepreneurship and innovation and technology management.
A key feature of the programme is the development of employability skills, encompassing communication, teamwork, problem-solving and leadership skills, through specialist modules and a dedicated careers tutor.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
India
Minimum 60% in each subject from XII Standard exams
Advanced entry to Level 2 or 3 can be considered with equivalent study from Bachelor's degree
For programmes requiring an IELTS 6 with no element below 5.5 (or equivalent), we can accept 70% in standard XII English as evidence of English language.
Undergraduate
High School Graduation Diploma completed with a G.P.A of 2.7 plus one of the following:
ACT Composite score of 24 minimum
SAT(post March 2016) – score of 1000 minimum
SAT (pre March 2016) – score of 1500 minimum
AP’s - Generally we are looking for 2 Advanced Placements at minimum grade 3
2 SAT Subject Tests at a minimum score of 500
For some programmes across our academic schools, we will require ACT or SAT combined with AP’s or SAT subject tests at higher grades or in specific subjects
Year 3
College HND: HND Business, HND Administration and IT or HND Retail Management with AB/ABB in graded units. Other business-related HND programmes may be considered.

Modern Apprenticeships
If you have completed a Modern Apprenticeship at SCQF level 6 in a relevant discipline this would be equivalent to two highers at B.
