BA (Hons) in Business Management (Human Resources Management)

The Business Management & Human Resources Management program in Munich focuses on how HR strategies and management decisions play an important impact on the performance of any organization.  

Participants of this program will learn about managing people from social, cultural and political points of view while developing personal skills through group work and time management.  

 

During this program students will:  

 

Understand human resources management practices 

Develop functional knowledge of strategic aspects of human resources management 

Manage information and communication effectively
