Foundation Year Textile and Fashion

In order to prepare students for the Bachelor’s degree programs in Fashion Design or Textile and Fashion Design, École Conte off ers an integrated year of preparation focused on these two specialties. This course will also train you to present competitions in order to integrate the major public fashion schools. It allows you to acquire the fundamental artistic foundations and to seriously prepare your future studies, thanks to the textile and fashion know-how of the school, which has been present in the sector since 1949. Each student, in connection with his or her personal creative theme and study project, benefi ts from personalised support in accordance with his or her profi le, abilities and aspirations. Three poles bring together a teaching that is both generalist and specifi c to the chosen specialization: Drawing and technical learning / Creativity / General and artistic culture. Among the 4 days of the course, one day is devoted to outdoor visits. The student is autonomous on the fi  h day of the week in order to work on his projects or to gain experience (internship or student job).
