Today’s managers are faced with a multitude of challenges. They need to find innovative solutions to complex problems and develop sustainable strategies while workig in diverse and intercultural teams. Our study programme helps business graduates tackle these challenges by providing them with a well-balanced management education. Students acquire skills and competencies that are highly relevant for international businesses and are able to choose general management or finance electives during their studies.

They acquire theoretical knowledge in different business areas and get to focus on one management topic at a time while seeing how this area of business activity relates to other areas. Due to the international orientation of the programme, students learn how to work with people from different cultures and get to strenghten their social, communication and intercultural skills. Working on a range of projects, the 5-week block structure of the study programme enables business administration students to foster their team-work, time and project management skills and helps them to develop their own unique skill set and competitive advantage.
