Psychology explores human experience and behavior and develops suggestions on how to create optimal conditions for people to maximize their potential for mental health, performance and quality of life in the most complete and sustainable way. Two major changes in our society are the growing diversity due to globalization and the consequent influx of people of different cultural backgrounds and demographic change. These developments represent great opportunities as well as challenges for living together. The aim of the program is to prepare for a psychologically qualified occupation under these conditions.
