The curriculum is centered around the AS9100 Quality Management System Standard in Aerospace. Students practice Lean Manufacturing techniques on Mock aerospace manufacturing facility; Analyze Quality control problems by making use of Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology through dynamic Concurrent Engineering processes; Operational and stability control pertaining to Aircraft Mechanics. In their final term, students work on real-life Aerospace Case Study to produce an optimum solution to streamline production.

The students experience hands-on use of aircraft maintenance tools, assembly & structural analysis techniques, and troubleshooting & installation of avionic systems. They are also given extensive training on CATIA an aerospace design software (used by Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier etc.), to design new aerospace parts and perform reverse engineering on existing certified parts.
