Certificate in Arts Management
The Certificate in Arts Management is designed to give students an introduction to the management of arts organizations while providing these groups the opportunity to begin the training of their next generation of executives.
Courses have been chosen to address the required skills of financial management, marketing and publicity, fund-raising, board and volunteer management, management and supervision, computer applications and disciplinary structures. It also includes two internships with arts organizations.
As an Arts Management student, you may focus on studies on music, theatre, visual arts, or you can choose a general approach by taking courses in all three areas.
Students may be granted advanced standing for all of the courses from this certificate program towards the fulfilment of graduation requirements for a degree (i.e. all courses completed in the certificate program may count towards a B.A. degree) and all of the courses from a degree program may be counted towards the requirements of this certificate program. The Certificate may be completed alongside a degree or on its own.

PSW Opportunity
If your program was less than 8 months
- You aren’t eligible for a PGWP.
If your program was more than 8 months but less than 2 years
- We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for up to the same length as your study program.
For example, if you completed a 9-month program, we may give you a work permit for up to 9 months.
If your program was 2 years or more
- We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for 3 years.
If you completed more than 1 program
- You may be able to get a PGWP that combines the length of each program.
Each of the programs you completed -
- must be PGWP-eligible and at least 8 months in length
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
India
On June 25, it was announced that the remaining Indian curriculum (CBSE, ICSE, Central, State Boards, etc.) high school exams have been primarily canceled. In place of final examinations, a scheme has been formulated to assess the performance of Class XII students on the basis of their performance in previous examinations. Students may have some option to opt for a later examination in place of this adjusted assessment method.
