Diploma in French
The Department of Modern Languages provides courses for several categories of students: for persons with little or no French, for those who have had French through high school, and for students who are fluent in French through the residence, or through family, etc. A placement test must be taken prior to the beginning of classes to confirm the level at which these students should register.
Placement tests are administered through the Modern Languages department to ensure that students are registered in courses according to their abilities.
