Build a career in one of the fastest growing industries by completing CPC40110 Certificate IV in Building and Construction – Building. This course will develop your knowledge to the level where you can plan and supervise construction sites, prepare costs and schedules for a contract, use current building codes and standards, understand the legal requirements of contracts and works, read and interpret plans and specifications, identify and produce estimated costs and manage occupational health and safety on construction sites.
By the time you complete this course you will have developed a diverse range of skills to be able to project manage and coordinate the overall construction of low-rise residential and commercial buildings, which may involve selecting contractors, overseeing work and its quality and liaising with clients.
