Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Indigenous Business Studies
The Indigenous Business Studies Major offers all Asper School of Business students an opportunity to complement their major with courses or with a second major that many corporate and Indigenous employers value.
What is unique about this program at the U of M?
The Indigenous Business Studies major at the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba is the only major of its kind in Canada. In addition, there are numerous opportunities outside the classroom for students to further develop their interest in Indigenous business issues through the Indigenous Business Education Partners program in Asper. Each year, the Asper School of Business honours one or more Indigenous business leaders at the Excellence in Indigenous Business Leadership Award dinner, giving students even further opportunity to connect with the Indigenous business community.
