- Apply the latest technologies and devise new approaches to process large-scale data sources to derive critical insights that address current cybersecurity challenges in Information Technology and related areas, GC1, GC2, GC4, GC6
- Develop innovative cybersecurity solutions through the application of cutting-edge technology and expert skills, underpinned by ethics, sustainability, and social responsibility, in compliance with international standards such as IEEE, ACM, ACS, ACSC, and ISO, GC1, GC2, GC3, GC4, GC5, GC6
- Demonstrate initiative, leadership, and ethical practice when working independently and collaboratively, GC2, GC3, GC4, GC6
- Demonstrate an advanced understanding and application of research methodology by completing a major project in cybersecurity, GC1, GC2, GC3, GC6

International students
According to the Immigration and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) and the Ministry of Manpower, international students on Student’s Pass are not permitted to work during the school term or vacation.
PSW Opportunity
- The International Students studying in certain institutions in Singapore are allowed to work part time for 16 hours per week as mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore.
- Students who have studied in the institutions mentioned on the Ministry of Manpower website of Singapore are allowed to apply for a Long Term Visitor Pass.
- They are allowed to look for a job during this time period.This is for 12 months.If the students get a job during this time period, the employer may sponsor for an Employment pass.
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or Engineering
OR - A bachelor’s degree and demonstrated skills in programming, operating systems, computing mathematics.
