MSc 2 Investment Banking and Financial Engineering
The objective of this program is to train executives who are experts in corporate finance and more specifically in equity capital operations. The coursework is divided into three main fields: Financial Assessments, Financial Engineering, and Investment Banking. Through this curriculum, students will learn to master the financial, legal and fiscal aspects of financing operations, which will enable them to arrange and implement financing plans attuned to corporate development goals. Upon successful completion of the programme, students will be able to take on the following jobs: Mergers and Acquisitions Analyst, Financing Manager, Corporate Account Manager, Credit Analyst, Financial Manager.
