Enhance your professional skills and adapt to work in British healthcare services with our degree for qualified, experienced international nurses.

At ARU, you’ll study alongside colleagues from different countries to develop your skills in caring for patients with complex needs.

You’ll learn from expert nurses and health professionals who currently work in British healthcare services. Teaching includes lectures, seminars, and practical sessions.

During practical sessions, you'll use our clinical skills laboratories. These have been designed in collaboration with the National Health Service (NHS) to simulate the experience of working in a UK hospital.

Please note this course does not lead to registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

What can I do with an International Nursing Studies degree?

This course will help you develop your skills and learn about healthcare services in the UK.

It does not lead to registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). However, you can study a BSc (Hons) degree in adult, child or mental health nursing at ARU. These courses are accredited by the NMC. You will be eligible to apply for registration when you graduate.
