Organizational and human capital management: a key element of strategic thinking for companies In the next few years, the HR function will take a new step forward in its evolution by highlighting organizational and human capital management as a key element of strategic thinking for companies. All business processes will be impacted by digital transformation. Human Resources Directorates will play a major role in this conversion, in the context of their internal organization, to address the challenges of the digital era. The Human Resources function will thus have to go through an organizational restructuring to show its self-questioning ability in order to anticipate future challenges; have a structure to meet the new corporate objectives; perform better so as to meet management and team expectations in terms of success in assigned missions and balanced workplace; enhance its credibility to carry out longer-term strategic projects and finally, advise business leaders and executive committee members to maintain and develop corporate leadership.
