PASTRY CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME
The pastry programme lasts 6 months. A typical week of training lasts 6 days (42 hours), adding up to a total duration of 1,450 hours. This typical week includes classes in an educational laboratory and practical sessions (PAP – Accelerated Professionalization Programme). It is compulsory to validate the PAP (Accelerated Professionalization Programme) and the internship to obtain the final certificate. The student can choose to continue his/her training by completing an external internship, within a company/establishment validated by Ferrières. This course is taught in French with simultaneous translation into English.
