Bachelor of Science in Business Administration
The BS in Business Administration program equips you with essential management skills, innovative problem-solving strategies, and familiarity with complex technologies including artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing. This Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is one of the first of its kind to offer core artificial intelligence courses customized for business students.
The BSBA program allows you to choose a specialization that’s aligned with your career goals:
- Data Analytics for Business Decision Making: Advance your practical knowledge of techniques in artificial intelligence and business analytics and develop the ability to identify hidden insights within data.
- Management: Develop a strong strategic vision and mindset that prepares you to pursue a variety of management positions.
- Project Management: Learn how to organize, lead, and schedule projects in a variety of disciplines. Courses are informed by Project Management Institute (PMI®) principles, qualify for PMI Professional Development Units, and can be credited toward PMI’s Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification.
- Specialized Study: Complete an independent study of five courses taken in a specific content area with the approval of the Program Director.

PSW Opportunity
Post-Study Work visa or permit, allowing international students on F-1 visas to work in the US after completing their studies, typically through Optional Practical Training (OPT).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for OPT, students must have been enrolled full-time in a US educational institution for at least one academic year and be seeking work related to their major.
Duration:
Students can apply for up to 12 months of OPT, either before they finish their studies (pre-completion) or after graduation (post-completion).
STEM OPT:
Students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields can apply for an extended OPT period of up to 24 months.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
College-level English proficiency for undergraduate degree or certificate programs must be demonstrated prior to enrollment by submitting proof of one of the following:
- Completion of Level 6 of the CityU English Language Program or the equivalent level of a CityU-recognized English language program.
- An iTEP score of at least 4.0 or an equivalent (refer to table in the English Language Program section below for the iTEP English Proficiency measurements).
- Graduation from a high school in an English-speaking country where the language of instruction was English.
- Completion of at least 45 quarter degree credits (or 30 semester degree credits) at an accredited or CityU-recognized institution where the language of instruction was English, with satisfactory academic progress (cumulative GPA 2.0 or better)
- Completion of at least 45 quarter degree credits (or 30 semester degree credits) in American Council on Education (ACE)-recommended courses with the U.S. Armed Forces.
- An undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited or CityU-recognized institution where the language of instruction was English.
