Graduates work in a dynamically developing environment that requires exactly the skills they have acquired during their studies. They take on positions of responsibility in the communications and creative industries, where they focus in particular on strategic and operational tasks. Some prepare themselves for independent work as freelancers or set up their own companies. Outside the traditional design professions, they work in interdisciplinary teams (and lead them) to support companies, organisations and institutions in the analysis, conception and implementation of strategic communication. • Proof of a completed university degree qualifying you for a professional career in an art, design, or media-based area of business (bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university, university of applied sciences, or equivalent university in Germany or abroad); and the appropriate bachelor’s degree for which you have gained at least 210 credits in line with the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).

• Portfolio

The following are supplementary requirements from the individual degree programmes. 

Design Leadership 

• A portfolio with work samples is required from individuals with a background in a Design-related field. All applicants must submit answers to programme-specific questions.
