MA Strategic Human Resource Management (Top-Up)

The MA Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) programme is a one-year, applied research-focused pathway designed exclusively for holders of a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Postgraduate Diploma. 

The programme will equip you with advanced skills to lead HR initiatives, address complex strategic challenges, and contribute to the evolving HRM and HRD landscape. Emphasising real-world problem-solving through rigorous research and critical evaluation of HR theories, it also strongly focuses on ethical practice and organisational impact.
