AA in Organizational Supervision (Leadership)
Workforce Administration (WFA) is a professional bachelors degree program developed for Community/Technical College graduates, adult learners, and career-focused students. WFA compliments your prior coursework and prepares you for supervisory and managerial responsibilities in a variety of industries.
WFA compliments different associates degree majors because it prepares students to advance in their professional field by taking on supervisory and managerial roles within their industry.
WFA does not have a restrictive admissions policy and there are no pre-requisites for any WFA courses. Students are able to enter the program and move through to graduation quickly and efficiently. Best of all – WFA builds on the courses you’ve taken as part of your A.A.S. degree. There are no complicated articulation agreements that list which classes may or may not transfer. WFA builds on your entire AAS degree and respects all of the college work that you’ve taken.
