Graduate Diploma in Food Science

The Graduate Diploma of Food Science is designed for graduates from related disciplines wishing to advance their knowledge and skills in this area. Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Admission to this program requires one of the following:

  • A Bachelor degree in Food Science or a cognate discipline (defined for each specialisation) with a minimum 65% average; or
  • An equivalent qualification from another recognised university or tertiary institution.

*Cognate disciplines may include chemistry or biochemistry.
