Engineering Technology - M.E.T.
The Master of Engineering Technology degree offers a curriculum that provides students with advanced technical and management knowledge and skills to meet the needs of the technical workforce in industry and business. The program orients and educates students in critical emerging areas of engineering, including additive manufacturing, sustainable energy, materials selection, quality systems, systems engineering, computer aided-manufacturing and design, industrial automation and robotics, information technology and network management and business analytics.

Job Opportunity Potential
Graduates of this program will be able to:
- Apply engineering and technology management principles and practices.
- Conduct planning, organizing, decision-making and management of technology and complex systems.
- Apply problem-solving and creative-thinking skills in technical and interdisciplinary settings.
- Conduct design, business analysis, statistical analysis and the development and implementation of applied engineering and technology in various engineering, science and technology venues.
PSW Opportunity
Post-Study Work visa or permit, allowing international students on F-1 visas to work in the US after completing their studies, typically through Optional Practical Training (OPT).
Eligibility:
To be eligible for OPT, students must have been enrolled full-time in a US educational institution for at least one academic year and be seeking work related to their major.
Duration:
Students can apply for up to 12 months of OPT, either before they finish their studies (pre-completion) or after graduation (post-completion).
STEM OPT:
Students in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields can apply for an extended OPT period of up to 24 months.

All graduate applicants must obtain a minimum TOEFL-IBT score of 71 -or- a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 -or- a minimum PTE score of 48 -or- a minimum DET score of 100 for full-time academic admission, with the many exceptions for individual graduate programs:
