Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.

Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants

Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:

Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
PhD students can stay upto 4 years

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

FOR INDIA

Completion of the All India Senior School Certificates, where awarded by CBSE and metro state boards. Overall score of 60% in 4 Academic subjects:

A completed award with a minimum total score of 24 or above in the International Baccalaureate
Completion of two GCE A2 Levels with a minimum of 2 x D or equivalent in a minimum of two subjects, where A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1

Bangladesh

Completion of at least one year of study at a recognised university with passing grades or better
Completion of a 2 or 3 year bachelor's degree with a recognised university with passing grades or better

You can normally meet the English Language Proficiency (ELP) requirements for entry to most Charles Sturt University courses by doing one of the following:
