Counseling Services provides an array of high quality clinical and consultation services, prevention initiatives, training opportunities, and psycho-educational programming to assist students in developing strength, resilience and well-being.

Lycoming College Counseling Services works collaboratively, when possible, with other divisions and departments at the College to promote student success. Services are implemented within the legal and ethical frameworks that guide our profession in order to help students make the most of their college experience.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria

Submitting Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) or American College Test (ACT) results is optional. The school code for the SAT is 2372 and 3622 for the ACT.

Lycoming requires submission of one of the following assessments: TOEFL IBT (minimum score 70); TOEFL PBT (minimum score 525); IELTS (minimum overall band score 6.0); Pearson English Test -PTE Academic (minimum score 50) or Duolingo English Test - DET (minimum score 100), unless you live in an English-speaking country. Lycoming’s TOEFL school code is 2372. You may also submit the SAT or ACT assessment in lieu of an English proficiency exam.
