Psychology, B.S. in
The Bachelor of Science in Psychology at West Chester University prepares students to understand variables such as heredity, learning, and the environment, which shape and change behavior. Our primary focus is to provide a high quality, liberal-arts education, and to prepare our students both for immediate employment and for graduate study. Our students are trained in the use of computers for statistical analysis, and work in clinical and research settings that can later be translated to many business pursuits. Our program is designed to prepare students for lifelong education and participation in an increasingly diverse society, and we encourage research and scholarship by both our students and faculty.
