Bachelor of Theology / Bachelor of Laws
This unique double degree provides a legal education informed by Christian values and an education in theology that is orientated to the professional values and practice of law. The degree focuses on ethical behaviour, social justice, the common good and the law’s interaction with theology.
In addition to the wide range of careers open to graduates of the Bachelor of Laws, completion of this double degree is excellent preparation for careers in:

As part of this degree you complete 80 hours of pro bono work (after your first year), providing you with firsthand experience of the legal system while allowing you to contribute to the common good.

PSW Opportunity
Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.
- Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
- Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
- Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
- The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants
Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:
- Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
- Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
- Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
- PhD students can stay upto 4 years

FOR INDIA
- CBSE All India Senior School Certificate (AISSC) with minimum average of 65% in best 4 academic subjects; Indian School Certificate (ISC) with minimum average of 65% in best 4 academic subjects; Higher Secondary Certificate from the State Boards listed below with minimum average of 65% in best 4 academic subjects; Andhra Pradesh, Goa, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal; OR
- Higher Secondary Certificate from Punjab and Haryana State Boards with minimum average of 75% in best 4 academic subjects Local languages and nonacademic subjects are excluded.
FOR SRI LANKA
- Sri Lankan General Certificate of Education A Level with minimum aggregate score 7 in best three advanced level subjects excluding General English or the Common General Test. Aggregate to be calculated on the basis that A = 5, B = 4, C = 3, S =1. Must be on one sitting.
FOR BHUTAN
- Successful completion of a recognised pre- tertiary or foundation program OR Successful completion of one year of study at a recognised tertiary or higher education institution is required in addition to the completion of High School Studies.
FOR NEPAL
- Completion of the Higher Secondary School Certificate awarded by National Examination Board with Grade XII GPA* 2.8 (3.0 for Nursing, initial teacher education and law courses) OR Completion of Nepalese Proficiency Certificate with minimum grade of average 65%.
