As a management major, you’ll learn vital management skills such as planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling. Students will gain marketable skills such as training, motivating, and evaluating employees and managing organizational change processes. You’ll have the flexibility to increase your value to employers by using your electives to acquire a technical skill area or certificate.

If you are a non-business major, you can earn a minor in business administration by completing 18 hours of coursework with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50.
