This four-year degree program combines theory with practice, allowing you to develop critical and strategic skills required for human resource management. You will gain necessary technical knowledge including HRIMS/SAP, data mining and metrics.
As a graduate of this program, you will have the required knowledge to pursue several key industry designations such as:

Job Opportunity Potential
Work Study is a need-based program that applies to students (Domestic and International) in full-time attendance at Seneca, who are in good academic standing. Students are encouraged to find their own job opportunities by dropping off their resumes to different departments in the College. Once a job opportunity has been secured go on line and fill out an application. Please note that incomplete applications will be denied. The processing time for all applications is two weeks from the date that the application is submitted. Processing for all applications will begin after day 10 of the semester.

PSW Opportunity
If your program was less than 8 months
- You aren’t eligible for a PGWP.
If your program was more than 8 months but less than 2 years
- We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for up to the same length as your study program.
For example, if you completed a 9-month program, we may give you a work permit for up to 9 months.
If your program was 2 years or more
- We may give you a PGWP that’s valid for 3 years.
If you completed more than 1 program
- You may be able to get a PGWP that combines the length of each program.
Each of the programs you completed -
- must be PGWP-eligible and at least 8 months in length

Academic Requirements
- Minimum grades of 65% in all grade 12 subjects. Must have program-required subjects in final year of high school
Supporting Documents
- Grade 12 and grade 10 certificate awarded by CBSE or CISCE, with transcript that clearly indicate the grades in percentage. or
- Grade 12 predictive grades and grades 10 certificate, with transcript that clearly indicate the grades in percentage (for conditional offer only)
Additional Notes
Grade 10 math cannot be considered equivalent to grade 12 math
Grade 10 science cannot be considered equivalent to grade 12 biology/chemistry
FOR BANGLADESH
Academic Requirements
- Minimum grades of 50% (B or 3) in all higher secondary subjects
- Must have program required subjects
