DIPLOMA OF CONSERVATION AND ECOSYSTEM MANAGEMENT
The Diploma of Conservation and Land Management equips graduates with the knowledge to contribute to the creation of sustainable landscapes. Develop plans and research solutions for ecological restorations using your knowledge and experience with natural systems.
As climate change deepens, rehabilitation of damaged sites is paramount for governments around the world. Some graduates of this course may go on to roles such as a national park ranger, environmental officer, threatened species specialist and more. You’ll learn reporting, mapping and tender-writing skills as you develop your devotion to the health of the natural world.

PSW Opportunity
Post Study Work Steam Renames to Post Higher Education Work Steam.
- Bachelor degree holders including honours can get upto 2 years of post study stay
- Master by course work and extended (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 2 years
- Masters by research (with a duration exceeding 2 years) and PhD holder can stay upto 3 years
- The Maximum eligible age to apply for PSW will be reduced to 35 years of age from 50 years of age for all applicants
Due to the Australian Indian Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement signed by the 2 countries, according to which:
- Indian students completing bachelor degree including honours can stay upto 2 years
- Bachelor degree with First class honours in STEM including ICT can stay upto 3 years
- Masters by coursework in extended researched (with a duration exceeding 2 years) can stay upto 3 years
- PhD students can stay upto 4 years
Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
Year 12 in one of the following:
All India Senior School Certificate (CBSE) with an average of 55% OR
Indian School Certificate (ISC) with an average of 55% OR
Higher Secondary Certificate (State Boards) with an average of 60% OR
Certificate of Vocational Education with an average of 60%
IELTS Score
Academic IELTS 6.0 (with no individual band less than 5.5)
Academic PTE with an overall score of 50 and minimum score of 42 in each component
