GRADUATE CERTIFICATE OF COUNSELLING
The Graduate Certificate of Counselling provides an introduction to the field of counselling and equips students with some foundational counselling skills and knowledge.
This course is designed for students who have an undergraduate degree in another discipline and want to develop a skills foundation for work in the helping professions, or to gain entry to further postgraduate counselling studies. Successful completion of the Graduate Certificate of Counselling provides a direct pathway to the Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy course at ACAP.
This course has also been accredited by the Navitas Professional Institute (NPI) under its self-accrediting authority.

Admission Requirement / Eligibility Criteria
International students must meet the following criteria:
Completion of an undergraduate degree in any field from an accredited institute of higher education
Additionally, it is required to:
Complete an Inherent Requirements Checklist and Personal Statement; AND
Provide contact information for two (2) referees (professional or personal) who can comment on your suitability to enter into counselling
