The need to build and enhance relationships between organisations, individuals, and stakeholders - and mitigate potential crises - has never been more critical.

This major prepares you to deliver reputational outcomes for clients. You will learn how to maintain effective relationships, build reputations, influence opinions, and manage crises. There is a particular emphasis through the School of Communication on fundamental communication skills, social media management, and digital analytics.
